Ordering & Fulfillment

Q: How long does it take to process my order?

A: We aim to fulfill all orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is processed and ready to ship.

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: While we process orders quickly, shipping times can vary. You can typically expect your order to arrive within 1-4 business days after it's been shipped. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email so you can follow your package's journey.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

A: We do our best to accommodate changes, but as we process orders quickly, it's not always possible. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at support@immanurath.com and we'll see what we can do.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal and a variety od other secure payment methods.

Q: Why is there no VAT/Sales Tax charged on my order?

A: As we are a fairly new enterprise, we did not yet exceed thresholds to charge VAT/Sales Tax. It's not going to last forever :( - and no, we are not going to raise our prices once we do.

Products & Sizing

Q: What materials are your hoodies, t-shirts, and accessories made of?

A: We're committed to quality! Each product has the materials listed out in the description, we source our our products from the best vendors.

Q: How do I find the right size?

A: We provide detailed size charts on each product page to help you find the perfect fit. We recommend checking the size chart before placing your order.

Q: Are the designs printed on demand?

A: Yes, all our apparel is printed on demand. This allows us to offer a wide variety of unique designs and minimize waste.

Shipping & Returns

Q: What is your shipping policy?

A: We ship to the EU, USA and Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose. Shipping is free if you order 2 items or more.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We want you to be completely satisfied with your Immanurath purchase.  We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition. Please see our full return policy page for details.

Q: Do you offer custom designs?

A: At this time, we don't offer custom designs, but we're always open to suggestions! Feel free to reach out with your ideas! :)
